These are plain-language alpha terms for the founder and explicitly invited Story collaborators, not permission for public or student use.

Authorized access only

The current ImaginOS deployment is a private alpha available to the specifically allowlisted founder and people the founder explicitly invites into a named Living Story. Attempted access does not create an account or widen a collaborator's Story scope. School and public access remain separate future capabilities.

Purpose

ImaginOS supports creative and educational work, source-aware conversation, research, planning, memory, decisions, and deadlines. It is an evolving tool and may contain incomplete capabilities or identified limitations.

Human authority

ImaginOS may offer analysis, proposals, drafts, reminders, or recommendations. The authorized human remains responsible for consequential decisions, publication, sharing, and external actions. A model response does not create permission, establish professional advice, or replace an authoritative source.

Accuracy and sources

Internet availability does not make a statement verified. When accuracy matters, inspect the cited source and distinguish sourced fact from interpretation, inference, recommendation, and metaphor. ImaginOS may state uncertainty and limitations rather than invent an answer.

Private and restricted information

The authorized person may use ImaginOS to organize the full reality of their life. Private, sensitive, and restricted labels govern handling and disclosure; they do not hide the person's own authorized records from them. Do not submit credentials or material you lack authority to hold. Before entering student-identifiable information or inviting a student, confirm applicable district or institutional authorization or parent or guardian permission and minimize the data used. Founder-held archives and research materials remain subject to their declared confidentiality, provenance, rights, and retention conditions.

No emergency or professional service

ImaginOS is not an emergency service and does not provide legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other licensed professional services. Human support and qualified professional judgment take precedence where those needs arise.

Constitutional boundary

ImaginOS separates model cognition from deterministic policy enforcement. Conversation cannot itself override permissions, trust boundaries, or non-delegable human authority. This describes the mechanism; it does not promise any particular human outcome.
